Bad Taste In My Mouth

Oops No pics for you today, because I am an idiot. Woke up early this morning so I could put polish on. So I put CG Life Preserver on, waited, put some SV on, waited. Now, I check if polish is dry by holding it up to my lips, don't know why just do. So I check to see if it's dry. Nope, I didn't wait long enough, so not only do I ruin my mani but I also get polish all over my lips. I tried removing it with cleanser and with toothpaste but neither worked. So I had to use polish remover. YUCK YUCK YUCK YUCK YUCK Then I washed my mouth about five time and yet 8 hours later I can still taste remover. Hopefully I'll have pics for you tomorrow.

I used 'sponging' for this mani. So much easier than I though. Both hands only took me about 15 minutes, whereas I was expecting about an hour.

I used CG Free Love as the base coat then sponged Nubar Bronzo the Nuber Oro. Topped off with two coats of SV.

Girly Nails

Unfortunately you cant see the sparkly pink in the picture.

This is doing the tips with CG White on White. Then 2 coats of CG Bridezilla then nail stickers finished of with 2 coats of Seche Vite. It's cute but really not my style, so I'll probably change it tonight.

Big Haul Coming Soon

Yay. Just did a massive Ulta3 order from Pulse Pharmacy, which will arrive soon. 25 Polishes. Can't wait.
No pics today because I forgot to bring my cable with me, but will show my very girly mani tomorrow.
Many thanks to my downstairs neighbour (and friend) for bringing me a refill bottle of Seche Vite (115mls), that should last a while, and OPI Blue My Mind.

Practice Glitter

For a first attempt at using dry glitter, I'm happy with this.




Used a base of CG Paint the Town Red. Then a coat of SV, the put the glitter on with a generic clear polish and topped with another two coats of SV.

Showed it to the Man who said 'it's wicked but shouldn't you have done a green one for St. Patricks Day'. If I didn't know better I would think that he read nail blogs too.
